1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GeNi LLC, doing business as Weedify ("GeNi LLC," "Weedify," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the Weedify platform, mobile applications, and all related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About GeNi LLC

The Weedify platform is owned and operated by GeNi LLC, a limited liability company. All references to "Weedify" throughout this document refer to GeNi LLC and its authorized agents. GeNi LLC is a technology company and marketplace operator — it is not a cannabis retailer, dispensary, or licensed cannabis business.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age to use Weedify.
• You must reside in or be physically present in a jurisdiction where adult-use cannabis is legally permitted.
• You must provide accurate identity and age verification documents upon request.
• You may not use the Service if you have been previously banned from Weedify.
• By using the Service, you represent and warrant that all of the above are true.

4. Description of Service

Weedify is a technology marketplace that connects customers with:

• Private Chefs – independent culinary professionals who prepare meals at your location
• Cannabis Consultants – licensed guides who assist with cannabis experience coordination
• Licensed Dispensaries – state-licensed cannabis retailers who supply regulated infused products

GeNi LLC / Weedify is a technology platform, not a cannabis retailer, dispensary, or employer of chefs or consultants. All cannabis products are sold and fulfilled exclusively by licensed dispensaries. GeNi LLC does not manufacture, possess, sell, or distribute cannabis products.

5. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Bookings, Orders & Payments

6.1 Booking Process

When you place a booking, you enter into a direct service agreement with the applicable chef, consultant, and/or dispensary. GeNi LLC facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the service agreement.

6.2 Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You authorize GeNi LLC to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your bookings.
• Platform fees, service fees, and applicable taxes will be disclosed at checkout.
• Cannabis product payments are processed separately and are fulfilled by the licensed dispensary.

6.3 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by provider. Refunds for cannabis products are subject to applicable state law and dispensary policy. Platform fees are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

7. Cannabis Compliance

• All cannabis products are sourced exclusively from state-licensed dispensaries.
• You must comply with all applicable state and local cannabis laws at all times.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or transport cannabis products across state lines.
• You consent to dosage guidance and safety protocols provided by your assigned consultant.
• GeNi LLC maintains compliance logs as required by applicable cannabis regulations.
• GeNi LLC cooperates with regulatory authorities and may disclose booking and compliance records as required by law.

8. Responsible Use

• Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after consuming cannabis.
• Keep all cannabis products secured and away from minors.
• Inform your consultant of any medications or health conditions that may interact with cannabis.
• You assume all risks associated with cannabis consumption.
• Weedify strongly encourages you to start with low doses, especially if you are a new user.

9. Provider Conduct

Chefs, consultants, and dispensary staff operating on Weedify must comply with all applicable licensing, health, and safety requirements. GeNi LLC conducts background checks and license verifications, but does not guarantee provider performance. Any disputes between users and providers should be reported to support@weedify.app.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Service if you are under 21 or in a jurisdiction where cannabis is illegal
• Provide false identity or age information
• Purchase cannabis products on behalf of a minor or unauthorized person
• Harass, threaten, or abuse providers or other users
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Weedify platform
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent compliance tracking or regulatory requirements

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials on the Weedify platform are owned by GeNi LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GENI LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. GENI LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, QUALITY, OR COMPLIANCE OF INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS ON THE PLATFORM.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENI LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR CONSUMPTION OF CANNABIS PRODUCTS FACILITATED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GENI LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeNi LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Termination

GeNi LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, applicable law, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time via account settings. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.
